A resident may keep an animal or pet in their lot with the approval of the Community Association. The following documents in the first instance outline the process, and the subsequent forms must be used if a resident is seeking to have an animal (pet) in their lot.

Structure of the Management Team
The six Strata Plans (Corporations) constitute the membership of the Hillcrest Community Association, and each owner of the Strata Lot is represented in that Association by the elected nominee of their respective corporation. As such those six nominees constitute the Executive Commitee of the Community Association.
It it the Community Asssociation that has the principal control, management and oversight of the Estate.
